How to Compare RedNote (Xiaohongshu) Marketing Agencies in Australia (2026)

What 12 agencies publish on their own websites about RedNote pricing, terms and results, as of October 2026, plus questions to ask before you sign.

Disclosure: this guide is published by Redluck Digital, a Melbourne agency that offers RedNote marketing, so we are on the list ourselves. Everything below about other agencies comes from their own public web pages, as they appeared on 1 October 2026. Websites change, so check the page before you rely on a number.

Choosing a RedNote (Xiaohongshu, 小红书) agency is harder than it should be, because most agencies do not publish what they charge, what is included or how long you are committed for. To make the comparison easier, we read the RedNote pages of 12 agencies that offer the service in Australia and wrote down what each one actually says. This is what we found, and a checklist you can use with any of them, including us.

What we compared

  • Published price: is a RedNote monthly price on the website, and does it say whether GST is added?
  • What is included: notes per month, comment and DM handling, reporting.
  • Contract terms: minimum term, set-up fees, notice period.
  • Evidence: what results are shown, and where they come from.

Who publishes a RedNote price

Of the 12 agencies we reviewed, three publish a RedNote price on their websites. The other nine (RedNote Marketing, Trafficon Digital, Weboost, Vision Digital Marketing, Alive Tech, VV Australia, Adver Marketing, Brand Asia and Orient Media) ask you to enquire, request a quote or call. Here is what the three show, next to our own published price:

AgencyRedNote prices shown on its page (1 October 2026)
Redluck DigitalFrom A$469/month: 10 original notes, topic planning, comment and DM handling in Chinese, English monthly report.
OZClicksFour tiers: A$480, A$700, A$900 and A$2,580 per month, each shown as +GST. The article-count row reads 0, 1, 2 and 4. Its table marks comment replies and full account management as included in the A$2,580 tier only.
Easy AgencyIn its FAQ: full account operation A$2,000 to A$5,000 per month; note production A$200 to A$500 per note; creator collaborations A$500 to A$5,000 each. GST is not mentioned.
RiseoSet-up A$4,000 to A$8,000 one-off, then single-platform from A$3,000 per month; WeChat plus Xiaohongshu A$5,000 to A$9,000 per month. GST is not mentioned.

Redluck's A$469 per month is the lowest published starting price for monthly RedNote management among the agencies we reviewed that publish prices, as of October 2026. The next lowest is OZClicks at A$480 plus GST. A lower starting price only helps if the scope matches, which is why the checklist below starts with what is included each month.

Contract terms

Two of the 12 state contract terms on the pages we read. Riseo states a six-month minimum contract plus the set-up fee above. Trafficon's Xiaohongshu page says there are no long-term lock-in contracts, with 30 days' notice, and that a three-month minimum applies only to larger builds or major projects. The other ten did not state a minimum term or notice period on the pages we reviewed, so ask for it in writing.

Results and evidence

Agencies show results in different ways: named clients, anonymous testimonials, headline percentages or screenshots. For example, Weboost's Rainbow Town case page shows the client's account and a screenshot of platform analytics with a stated date range. Redluck publishes figures taken from the platform's analytics on accounts we run: a Melbourne clinic account with 8,294 note reads in 30 days, up 84.56% on the previous 30 days, and a two-month creator program for a café in Melbourne's east with 22 creators hosted against 20 contracted (full case study). Whichever agency you speak to, ask where the numbers come from and which dates they cover.

Official status

Claims of official status vary in wording. Redluck is an officially certified Xiaohongshu (RedNote) operations service provider. If any agency tells you it is certified or authorised, ask to see what the document says: who it names, what it covers and for what period.

What to ask any agency before you sign

  1. What exactly is included each month? How many notes or videos, and are publishing, comment replies, DM handling and reporting part of the fee?
  2. Who writes the Chinese content? Ask to see recent examples.
  3. What does month one cost in total? Include any set-up, verification or onboarding fee, and ask whether the price is with or without GST.
  4. What is the minimum term and the notice period? Get both in writing.
  5. What is not included? Ad budget and creator fees are usually separate. Ask who pays the platform or the creators, and how.
  6. Who owns the account and its login? Ask what happens to it if you stop.
  7. What will you report, how often and in what language? Ask whether the figures come from the platform's own analytics, and for which dates.
  8. Can I see results for a business like mine? Named or anonymised is fine, as long as the period and the source are shown.
  9. Have you taken an Australian business through blue-V verification and Spotlight set-up? Ask what that involved.
  10. If you describe yourselves as officially certified or authorised, can I see the document?
  11. Is the quote in writing, with the scope itemised? That makes it easy to compare two agencies line by line.

If you already have another quote

We offer a simple price match. Show us another agency's written quote and what it includes; where the service content is the same as ours, we match the monthly service fee. The details are in our price-match terms.

Prices and terms are on our RedNote marketing page, and a full cost breakdown is in our pricing guide. This guide reflects public information as at 1 October 2026. If anything about your agency is out of date, tell us and we will check it and correct it.
